Brief Introduction
XR-LH cascaded combined drawing machine is the latest cam-type copper tube drawing equipment developed by XR-Hitech, which is used to draw the copper shell rolled by the PSW rolling mill. The big camshaft drives two dollies to hold and draw the copper tube in turn.
Two sets of cam-type drawing machines are connected in series to form two cascaded drawing, which are used for drawing after rolling mill. The copper tube will be drawn to φ30mm OD × 1.5mm WT for coiling, which hardened tubes will go to downstream of Spinner block drawing process.
