Brief Introdution
The continuous annealing furnace is the sixth generation dedicated equipment for copper coil and straight tube annealing.
The furnace body is mainly composed of front and rear vacuum chambers, heating chambers, buffer chambers, cooling chambers, feeding trolleys, material tables, return tracks, etc., and also is equipped with inflation and tube inside scavenging systems.

The annealing process is made in protective gas atmosphere by electric heating. The heating system adopts a high-power centrifugal fan for strong heating convection circulation. The cooling system also adopts a special heat exchanger to make strong convection circulation for the inner and outer air. Thereby, during the whole process of heating and cooling, the temperature in the furnace is kept uniform for shortening the heating and cooling time. It is a multi-layer, multi-coil, high-efficiency, energy-saving, and most advanced continuous annealing furnace.
